Refund Policy – Transparent & Fair
We value serious learners. Please read the refund policy carefully before requesting a refund. If you’re still unsure, attend the free orientation session first.
- Refund must be requested within 7 days of purchase
- Refund request form must be submitted
- Identity verification must be completed
- User must not have significantly progressed through course content
- Refund requests made after 7 days will not be processed.

- You will not be allowed to rejoin the platform for 6 months
- You cannot create a new account using the same identity

- You must complete the official Refund Request Form
- Provide your registered email & payment details
- State your reason for refund
- Confirm your understanding of the re-admission policy
- Refunds will only be reviewed after form submission.
- No email-only or WhatsApp-only requests will be accepted

- 5–10 business days depending on payment provider.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Request is made after 7 days

- Terms of platform are violated
- Abuse of refund policy is detected
